JetStream Ice utilise ICS Systems latest generation of dry ice cleaning machine the IC 030 specifically designed for the automotive industry that provides the ultimate in cleaning power and control, from gentle cleaning of extremely delicate and sensitive surfaces at 1 Bar pressure up to aggressive blasting of heavily contaminated underbodies and parts at 10 Bar pressure in addition to full control of dry ice pellet consumption and dry ice particle size (fractional control) that enables exceptionally efficient and effective cleaning control.
Anti-Corrosion Coatings
JetStream Ice are certified installers of IGL Coatings award winning Ecoclear Aegis which is the ultimate industrial grade graphene-reinforced anti-corrosion 2K paint coating solution designed to be applied by spray-gun or brush to vehicle underbodies and secondary components post the dry ice cleaning process. Aegis is hydrophobic, self-cleaning, lightweight, durable and has been tested to over 6000 hrs Salt Spray Test to standards (ASTM B117, DF610 and D714).
Electro Chemical Cleaning
